Come on, we have the technology to CLONE humans, transplant body parts, ect... Why can't we have the technology to make my small, feeble C cup into a luscious G cup(okay, I kinda want to be metric L cup but don't tell anyone) without surgery? Psh...

Remember, different measurement units. If their range is C to J, then they're more likely using the asian scale.
