Re: TF Flash Game the Second
Um... now the dog responses are only "fined", and the fur covers her eyes nose and mouth...
The cow and rabbit responses are also "fined", and some of the changes make her eyes, nose and mouth vanish her eyes vanish. Thankfully, the animation in the cat change is fixed, but all the responses are either "undefined" or "fined". |

I uh... I didn't post any changes yet >_>
I don't know how your game magically changed, because I didn't do anything... Here's the fixed version! Try not to break it. I need sleep. Like, now. |

But anyway, now that I'm running the flashes on Swiff Player, they're running perfectly well. |

Re: TF Flash Game the Second
Good to hear!
Honestly, the first release was my bad. I didn't test before I released it. Silly me. The bugs that occur in the new release should be few and far between, but I guarantee there will still be bugs. I only wish I had time to write dialogue and do facial expressions as a good sample for how it works, but I just didn't... I know there are plenty of people out there who don't really want to have to do custom work for each one, and this hands-on approach hinders their enjoyment from the game. |

Re: TF Flash Game the Second
Nice flash game. At first I didn't notice the changes by the little person in the corner, but then I did.
A Cow TF would be pretty awesome, too.

I also made a link to that post, stating that the files in the OP are now outdated and that the current game was in that post >_>
Oh well. I can always try bigger font sizes and brighter colors! |

Re: TF Flash Game the Second
So, I've been experiencing burnout.
I tried to do the clothesless versions of what I've already done because it would solve several problems with the cards but I just can't make it work. The clothes in the sprite hide the fact that she's not even remotely proportional. I may not have artistic ability, but I can tell when something doesn't look right. To be honest, I'm already tired of this game >_> I wanna start making a new one... though I don't know what to make just yet. I thought this game would provide longevity as a tradeoff for easier coding, and while I accomplished the former somewhat, the latter was not. Edit : So my original idea here is that you play as 5 people, one at a time, in trying to get through a dungeon maze. Several ideas bouncing around, between randomly-generated dungeons with moving traps and riddles and things like that to having a game with 3-5 stats that decrease with time/steps/traps/generic failure. Thinking about relating the 5 characters' dungeons together somehow and make an actual goal for having all 5 finish in addition to making several unique 'bad ends' per character. Not sure if I should do incremental changes or not. Dialogue changes wouldn't be hard, but I'm just thinking there's no real point in incremental sprite changes this time around. I don't think I can use Flash for this (I'll certainly try!), but I have no idea what other program I can use for this. ps - won't be using osaka sprite (OMG). Re: TF Flash Game the Second
just get used to this message if you use gamemaker "We are sorry, that function is only available to game maker pro users."
the most random stuff is restricted to the pay version. |
