As far as I have been able to see, I haven't found one. I'll keep looking but this one may not have one.

Consider "The Suit" animation that the good doctor did. The "easter egg" may only appear for a few moments.

Toward the end of the animation during the final burst of growth, just as she leans to the side. If you click on the gold colored button, the one that looks like it's barely holding on, it pops the entire top open. You can only get it during the initial animation though, so rewinding to try again doesn't work.
