In the Page also say that the Bug die after give birth (to other bugs, of course). And his death Body Becomes Breast cells. The Female Host recover all her nutrients after 1 or 2 months of the Alien bug deaths. And so she ends up with two normal (but bigger) Breast. (Sorry for my bad English). She can have new bugs afther the recovery if she still wants to get bigger...
