I would really like to see if you work on this, that RPG maker is kind of a pain sometimes but it's fun to make stuff. Your doing better than me for sure.

This sounds super interesting but i can't get it to work, most likly because im not super god with computers. So when you say change the extention to exe. how exactly do i do that?
Im gonna feel really sorry for asking but since i can't see or play your game id like to know what your ideas or character concept and story line are, as well as battle concept because ive got some ideas that id like to share. |

Windows XP sucks. In older versions, it was easy to rename files to diferent extension.

Advice when asking a question like that:
MORE INFORMATION For Windows 98 and ME, if I remember right, extentions are already enabled? I don't know, it's been a long time since I've bothered to use one of them. Yay for XP licenses. For Windows XP, open up an Explorer window (double click on My Computer if you have no idea what that is.) 'Tools' menu -> Folder Options -> 'View' tab Underneath the setting for Hide/Show hidden files, it should have a check box for 'Hide extentions for known files'. Make sure that this is unchecked and click on 'Ok'. Now, this is not only useful, it's also a good security practice on your computer. That way you can't get a virus from Angelina_Jolie_Sex.jpg.exe (as long as you realize that EXE is a PROGRAM and not an IMAGE). All of your files should now have a little period and then three letters after them. These are file extentions from back in the days of DOS. The idea is that each type of file such as images (JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF...), programs (EXE, COM...), and such all have a specific extention to identify them. The file you download here is a .ZIP, which is normally a compressed file archive. The truth is, Lorekeep doesn't allow attaching EXE files and they just renamed it to a ZIP. Rename the file and change the '.zip' to '.exe'. Fixed. |

Okay i got to play it. It was niffty! I see it is more like an adventure or quest game than a traditional RPG with battles though this is ofcourse its first stage in development. I can't really help out in art nor do i know how to use the RG maker so i can't really help you there but id like to try if you need any ideas or somthing, i really like the idea of this game.

Thank you, I'm glad to hear you liked it. ^_^
Feel free to email me about other ideas you have and if I get inspired/any spare time from work I might pick it up. At the least it's fun to hear ideas about games. ^_^ Thank you PrBlahBlahtson for mentioning that, I was going to say it too. |

I'll try this when I get on a different computer. >_>
Out of curiosity, do you ever plan on, pardon my pun, expanding it any more? Little by little, this has potential. |

The free trial's ending soon and I'll probably just delete it and go back to trying to do something in Flash (because I'm too lazy to find a crack for it -_-). Thanks for the comments and hopefully sometime I'll find a way to get art for a BE game (and actually have time to make it awesome). ^_^ |
