If you're in a relationship where your SO (edit - significant other) finding out you like porn would cause strife, your relationship is fucked already.

Can't speak for Expansion Comics, but the BE Story Club appears on the credit card bill under a relatively innocuous heading, something along the lines of "CCBILL/GEODESIGN." Of course, depending on how closely the wife checks the credit card bill, that could still look suspicious... (I believe there are a couple of other options for paying for a subscription, but I don't remember what they are -- haven't had the need to use them.)

BESC's comics are PDF files, so it's not entirely accurate to say they can be viewed without downloading them; even if you're not downloading them to keep, they at least have to download into your web browser before you can read them. You'd have to make sure to clear out your "temporary Internet files" to make sure they're not anywhere on your hard drive (but I have a feeling you, the original poster, are already familiar with this process).
