There have been very, very few collages out there that get that "in the process" feel right. I tried my hand at it several years ago with shrinking and growth... but alas those pictures vanished with all my other work.

Its a personal thing for me. I just don't like them. Saying they are garbage is a little harsh I suppose. I realize they take work and effort.

My stance on collages remains the same. Both GTS and SW sites have bombarded me with collages, collages, collages, everywhere I look. I could look at one collage a day, every day, for the rest of my life, and not see them all. And yet, the collagers still insist on making more and more. And even when they're technically well-made, they only differ from one another in the most superficial ways. Every collage is the same as every collage that came before it. I was actually driven away from GTS/SW sites at one point, because I was so desperate for something, ANYTHING other than collages. This site is actually what brought me back.

/shrug, I never looked at many collages, they can be good, although generally I prefer artwork, simply because I know it's a fantasy and I enjoy it more with fantastical artwork.
Collages in general are fine, long as they are well made, it just depends really. |

One of hte best, if not THE best Collages I saw was posted here a long while back. The premise was a pair of Twins each taking a pill, one was a placebo, the other was a Shrinking pill. There was only ever one Girl to begin with, but it was perfect!

Not a bad collage. As for glassthorn, I am in agreement that your work is missed and sought after. Someone somewhere probably has most of it, but is not sharing. Someone step up, please? harumph!
