Looking for a short TG manga I found on 4chan the other day in /d/ (it has subsequently disappeared since). Basically it was about a guy and his chubby stereotypical otaku friend. The otaku guy keels over one day at his house and the friend tries to help him, but soon the otaku guy's back cuts open and a lithe (and cute) female version of the otaku pops out like a molting cicada or butterfly. The girl is the otaku but in a female body now, and one thing leads to the other and the girl and her friend have sex. She then washes out her old skin and wears it when she goes to school so as to not reveal she's a girl now. The last panel was about how she has to clean the inside of the skin every night because it gets stuffy inside it during the day.

I'm trying to find this for my friend (she's into TG MAJORLY).
