AotFFW (Daryl Hannah) on DVD for $4.88

Saw the HBO version of this movie at Cesspool--I mean Wal*Mart--for $4.88 as part of a Halloween Horror/Monster Movie promo thing. Thought perhaps a few might be interested, as I don't often see this on DVD anywhere and it's a pretty low price. They also had the movie Jacqueline Hyde for $4.88, though I'd think that more interests the BE/TF crowd.

I certainly hope nobody actually finds that movie scary. I think it was only there because it's one of those Attack-of-the-(Giant Thing) B-Movie/comedy things. Keep in mind this is on the same rack with "The Mangler," "Queen of the Damned," and "Jason X."

BTW, the AOTFFW remake is good for a cheap thrill, the growth scene is decent, could've used more ripping, but decent.

I think the movie's rating prevent Nancy Archer to be fully nude after her growth scene.

"Village of the Giants" had a higher rating, and that's why Merrie grew out of her clothes.

The movie is good, but I can't stand Nancy's husband and his mentality. How the hell do you turn down sex with a confirmed sexual fantasy? That's just wrong!

That's why I stop watching the movie past the pool scene.

Yeah, they really should have had her naked, so what if the rating would have been higher, it would have made a much better growth scene, if only.
