Peach + Mega Mushroom = Well... here we go.

Mega Mushroom was from New Super Mario Bros.

Say, what about the tortoise shell, mini-shroom or the fire flower?

If things goes this way, then the mini shroom would either be something similar to age regression, or just makes her flat chested.

The tortoise shell might be a transformation based thing, as for the fire flower...
