Isn't there a sequence by the same CG artist where a magic kid makes a woman's breasts grow and lactate, then has sex with her, followed by him making her grow until she dies? From what I remember the two of them were on the run from somebody. If anyone's got the sequence it'd be appreciated.

The artist is Kimigawa Rui, who was active in the '90s. Because his manga are pretty old now, they haven't tended to attract the notice of translators.
