Dagwam is the first that comes to mind. Good work, reliable, and has just gotten some free time again, so a good choice there.

Kiss the Manic just started doing comics, so you could probably get some good work for a damn good price from him/her.

Eegore959 is another damn good one. This guy has some good work, but I dunno if he's doing comics or commissions at the moment or not.

Of course, there is also the ever well known David C. Matthews, creator of Tetsuko and DCM Studios.

Another big name is LH-Art, but I dunno if that is a distributor or an artist. They have a full site set up with comics and all, so they might not go for the whole making art to be sold elsewhere.

Higalack and Ayanamifan also come to mind, but I don't know their stance on comics or commissions.

There are a few Japanese foreign artists as well, but that all depends on if you want to plow through language barriers and whatnot. RENtb, S20K00Y, and Purukogi are the big names I can recall. Purukogi has done some professional work which sells pretty well in Japan, but his content isn't really available internationally. S20K00Y has done comics and commissions, so you might have good luck there. RENtb is the one I know the least about. S/he does good work, but I haven't seen any FMG or real comics from her/him.

There's also lana-halbrond, but she hasn't done any comics, as far as I know.

Yeah Kinsyo's been AWOL for some time now though if I'm not mistaken.

I wouldn't recommend myself because I'm slower than snot with churning stuff out and I don't feel confident enough in my own abilities to draw a full comic I'd be willing to charge for.

Might also consider kissthemaniac.deviantart.com since he is in the process of making a comic right now and was just going to upload it on Lulu. If it's offered he may be willing to go through you, but obviously cannot speak for the man as I don't know him too well.

Im actually commissioning reddyheart now and not that his artwork isnt good, but he is very slow going. He has so many other things hes working on he just doesnt have the time to do large personal works. That being said if he was approached with a business proposition it might be different.
As for LH-art ( www.lhart.com ) it is just a distribution site, but you can contact artists who have been used on the site for commissions. When i have more time ill post a few links for Lorekeep to look at aswell as personal refferences for people ive commissioned myself.
