It usually doesn't matter which version you get, unless one version has in-game content that the other doesn't (like DLC) in which case you just won't be able to use mods that are dependent on that add-on... usually meshes or textures that were created on the add-on or an in-game location found on it.
But these boob mods work for the normal game version.

I hope Oblivion Script Extender isn't required, it doesn't work for Steam versions of Oblivion.

Yeah both, I got XEO to finally work though. Think I did it by moving the mesh and texture folders from XEO5 to the data folder.

only dlc i enjoyed for oblivion on my 360 was Wizards Tower, primiraly for the enchanting shrine and garden.
