I liked that and everything with Sandman. Would've been a much better movie without all the Spidey parts.

How bad is that? I've been planning to see it, hearing it's supposed to be good, but ever since the South Park parody I've had second thoughts.

It is good if you ignore the hype. It is not something amazing, but it is worth watching if you don't have anything better to do.

South Park keeps me from watching so many things, maybe that's for the best.

I liked the first hour of Inception. Not so much the other (very long) 89 minutes of the film.

I agree, Inception is bad.

It's just too complicated and contrived. It takes what SHOULD be a simple premise (guyus goes inside dreams and brings back stuff into the real world, a murder happens anmd he has to find the killer) and they execute it in the most contrived way possible. The movie gives us no answers, and every time it seems we are getting answers, another weird-as-hell scene happens and everything gets complicated again. Believe me, Ellen Page is not enough to save this movie.

As for Monsters VS Aliens, that movies brought GTS back into the mainstream, giving a long, hot, detailed growth scene, and actually made the giantess the heroine. It revived the giantess genre after a decade of being asleep, and for that, I can't possibly call it a bad movie.

GTS isn't my fave fetish, but I must admit, that part was hot.

For me...
  • The John Woo fight with the school kids at the end of Step Brothers
  • The basketball commercial parody in Scary Movie 2
  • Paul (Jason Biggs) growing some balls and beating up one of his asshole roommates in Loser
  • Rick Ducommun in Blank Check
  • The flower scene in 40 Days and 40 Nights

Christopher Nolan is a hack, in all honesty. Well, since The Dark Knight, at least. (Which I'll admit I enjoyed the first time and even the second time, but have unable to watch outside of a move theater.) I don't know why he has to make all his movies really, really long. I have similar feelings towards James Cameron and Avatar (whose CG I, personally, found incredibly ugly).

Memento isn't very long.

I'll have to come up with my own list.

Against my better judgment, I went to see Transformers: Dark of the Moon yesterday, so I'd like to add that Laserbeak was pretty interesting and creepy...and that's about it.

Christopher Nolan a hack? That's hilarious.

What killed the dinosaurs? THE ICE AGE!

For me, it's pretty much any movie with a cool robot. Like Stealth or Eagle Eye.
