That's beautiful. As long as the quality of writing stays this high, slowness of growth is no issue. I love the 'ditzy martial artist' character you've got here, and even without the BE she'd be able to carry her own story. Plus the fake-out in page 4 had me roffling. ;>

Sorry for not shading the page yesterday, like is said I was.
(I was partyin' with my buddies!)

Anyway, just finished shading it today.

The plot's gonna pick up a little momentum after this page.

I keep seein' cheers, so that means I must be doin' somethin' right.

Hey Memo Pad. I gotta say I'm impressed with your work. After checking the pages you posted here and your website, I'm glad to have found out about you. Keep it up. I can't wait to see more. BTW, I'm no artist (heck, the only thing I could draw are stick figures) but I am good at creating characters and writing stories. That's why I hope in one day to have my own series. Well, that's my excuse at least for her stiff pose.

Not the best, but the first fanart of Xu, it's gotta count for something....
