Short version - it'll be a traditional Japanese hentai game (eroge), in which there's plot that you can't read and text that you'll probably skip (by holding ctrl or enter, generally). This particular game is somewhat ambitious in that it looks like they'll allow you to "customize" sex scenes with various proportions of the girl, assumedly once you've unlocked them.

The previous game in this series had a great BE scene, and they're pulling out all the stops for this one. I'll be buying it the moment it comes out.
