This oekaki is free and it isn't surprising that it will go down every so often. However the Melon Stand has been gradually growing since I opened it. I think this is a good time to upgrade to something better and more reliable. I am working together with a friend to create a new and better version of the Melon Stand oekaki board. The 'new' Melon Stand will include various upgrades such as longer archives (art will not be erased after a few pages), accounts (with an account, an artist's list of posted artwork/threads will be convenient to view and find), and more built in art programs to use (you will still have the option to upload art).

Until the new oekaki board is created, feel free to continue using this board.

EDIT: There's someone asking for people to email him with pictures from the melon stand. I am not sure who he is and seeing how there's an archive already... I cannot trust him yet. I suggest nobody email him until/if things are cleared up.
