From what I gathered, its a hentai book. I doubt there is any GTS or growth process other maybe the play on words to describe her over size breasts.

Sadly Chacha, Shehulk Fan's pretty much got it correct. I've had this for like a year now or so it seems. It's basically a collection of 9 shortish doujinshi from the same artist featuring girls with ridunkulously enormous assets (hence the misleading title, "Giantess - Girls with Huge Tits and Asses").

It's not a TOTAL misnomer for mini-GTS or at least tall-girl fans if you tilt your head and squint your eyes, since the girls in 4, maybe 5 of the stories are at least a good foot +/- taller than the guy they're loving up. And the format for those stories is usually 2 or 3 huge girls dominantly, yet lovingly sexing some lucky, smallish guy with lots of smothering and smushing with their eponymous assets. Still, it's more a case of the Japanese not understanding the english words they're using.
