Grape 3D BE Animation Storyboard by Eastern Miracle

If you haven't checked my latest update on my blog, I just announced that I'm already working on another animation project with a Chinese media studio called Eastern Miracle. They proved to be a professional media studio, unlike Altiz-Studio on DA which is only just a group of artist. Despite the fact how much they charged on their works, I still feel honored working with Altiz-Studio, especially having Mikeinel for being an awesome animator. I decided to work on a 3D animation of Grape for now to test them out how well they do. If this comes out well, I'm hoping to switch to 2D animation and able to work on the bellydancing idea for Grape I've been meaning to try or go for a high quality transformation sequence of my half-vampire witch girl Lisa changing into her Bloodlust form. So far, these are all the concept works they did and these were drawn by the studio's 3D animation project director.

Today, I just gotten the storyboard and it looked simple enough to work on. Originally, I was going for her wearing a small tanktop to give the slip effect when she makes her breasts grow but they drew her in a bikini top instead. Well, I might go for that and see that effect of her breasts filling up her top until the point that it rips in middle. If you noticed in the storyboard, her breasts didn't grew as close as big as her BE animation by Altiz Studio. The director suggested to make them grow to that point because he sees Grape as a cute and shy character and wanted to keep it that way. But rest assured, he promised that if the studio staff work on Bloodlust Lisa, they would make her bigger than the size Grape will grow to on this animation since they see her Bloodlust form as a flirty and sexy character. Well, hope to hear your comments on this. Wanted to hear everyone's thoughts before sending my reply to the studio on the storyboard. Thanks again for your time and cooperation.

You're right...I did made that last post without thinking so I do feel bad for saying that. Can't help it if someone else does find it funny but I really don't mean to mock them but I'm still at fault in my part nevertheless.

Oh get real, that wasn't offensive and was clearly not intended to be. How is it insensitive or racist to point out that someone from a non english speaking country probably isn't going to speak as fluently as a native speaker?

People are so touchy about everything, it's like nobody (that is white and american) can say anything that indicates someone is different from them in any way without being considered a bigot or racist

Nah, though some of us reserve the right to point out when people say something that actually IS bigoted and racist.

Edit: For the record, I don't think GDAD's comment qualifies. The sheer difference between English and Chinese leads to opportunities for some amusing Engrish, as would trying to translate the other way around, I'm sure. Nothing wrong with having a giggle over it and going about your day.

I'll back GreatDragon up on that one. After living in China for 2.5 years (and counting) it can be extremely difficult to get quality work done/make yourself understood. Simple things that you take for granted in Western nations can be a tooth-pulling affair to get done correctly over here. That being said, I have met individuals and companies during my time here that were actually serious about business and did a great job on the work that I did with them. Unfortunately they were few and far between.

The work looks pretty good so far. Should be interesting to see how it turns out.
