Well, again, for CoC giving birth is one of the best ways for that, and for Nimin there are perks that handle those attributes.

As a female character (or have a vagoo) and ingest the hexagonal vial, which makes you lay eggs.
Once layed they can be eaten.
The purple eggs cause hip growth on a large scale.
The brown eggs do ass, also on a large scale.
Black eggs cause you to take on a rubber appearance.
Pink increases fertility and takes away all male parts.
Light blue eggs are the opposite they take away your vagoo instantly and greatly shrink your hips and ass. If you have a dick while eating the egg it causes massive growth.
White eggs cause nipple growth.

I explored the Lake with a stack of five (maybe more, I don't remember) and a good bit of money on me and I got an event that created some sort of green slime armor. Wish I remembered more, but I actually speed clicked through most of it trying to farm the lake's speed increase >_>;;;

If you have 5 of them you can get them turned into armor by a guy on the beach.
