If a show is very echi in nature, it's rather hard to give it an actual interesting story I think. It's even worse in hentai, but then again it's hentai it only has 1 use.
I mean I was a bit suprised at the story of Seikon of Qwaser but quickly was meh, if it wasn't for the boobies and stuff I wouldn't even had bothered to finish watching it.
Same deal with Manyu Hikencho and I reckon personally it would be the same with Queens Blade.
