Anyway, CRITIQUE TIME.
I'd say facial consistency and getting the illusion of three dimensional depth are your weaknesses.
I'm the furthest person to complain about exaggeration and simplistic coloring. What with liking the animu and all.
However, her hair settles in a wide curve like a plateau skull. While her facial features are different from each other in alignment and detailing.

Have you tried cel-shading or using heavy ink strokes?
