This guy's got it exactly right. Just be reasonable and nobody jump down anybody's throat too fast and we should be good.

Just to clarify here, when you say "this forum", you're referring to this specific category, right? Not to start shit, but every time I see someone say that male tf is banned, it feels like they're blatently ignoring EE, which - near as I can tell - was put there for that very reason. That being said, I don't see any reason to fragment a thread based on ONE harmless post, either... I suppose I'm still wrestling with the concept a bit.

Yes--I should have phrased it clearer. And please feel free to post in the EE section--I might repost it on my blog, with acknowledgments of course.

To get back on topic--the female werewolf has not yet experienced the full moon, but when she transforms, her form will be that of the beta werewolves on the show, which is still pretty humanoid. So those looking for a good female TF are best advised to look elsewhere for now.

Looks... actually better than I expected =O a bit weird mainly because of that 'helm' thing on her head. What is this, Saw with teen werewolves? o_O But yeah, looks quite nice, like how they went for an oldie movie werewolf look on her instead of some CGI shot or a simple "ohnoes I has claws and fangs... thats it... I MUST BE A WEREWOLF! *gasp!*" look >_>

In my case, it is exactly what I expected... or at least from the wrong character. And as I said: lens, fangs and claws for cheap cheap lamewolves. I still dream with a female alpha, but that will not happen.
At least, I say to myself that these shows would be the opened door that a "real" female werewolf movie needs.

Re: Possible minor transformations in Teen Wolf Season 2.

Well to be fair, she looks very much like the male beta werewolves

The basic ridiculousness of most modern movie werewolves is the hairless look, even in males. Not like the merry 80's (just remember Marsha, or Stirba aka "the romanian hairball" from the howling movies).
The prosthetic work on Erica is almost the same like the one on Marsha in the first howling movie, minus the hair of course. And she even reminds me a bit of the classic "werewolf of london" look.

So, in short, it's a decent female werewolf TF in my opinon. Beggars can't be choosers.
