I would have to say it qualifies. The reactions of everyone else, not to mention the fact that she is referred to as "The most beautiful woman" they had ever seen, implies that it wasn't simply just making her young again. Although the art style didn't change her face any noticeable amount besides recoloring it and changing her hair, it still qualifies based mainly on everyone's reaction.
