Her arms look like they should be about 20% longer. They also don't look like they're supporting her weight.
Something weird's also going on with her rib cage considering the position of her neck. That or the fabric of her shirt is moving in a strange direction.

I agree that the rib cage bothers me a bit, but the breasts are the thing that stand out the most, in that position they would not be perkily in front of her. They almost appear to be attached at her neck, rather than at the sternum.

There is implied multi-boob in the pic, but the arm obscures most of it. And yeah, I agree I flubbed up on the back arm. I will try not to make that mistake again. Thanks =)
