I'm trying to find a story that I could have sworn was located on Fictionmania... It's about two guys who smoke a couple of "special" cigarettes in the bathroom and turn into women as a result.

Can anyone reccommend a good program to use for captioning pictures? So far, every one that I've tried will only let me put the text on the photo rather than under it.
