Edit: I'm more worried that someone would cause grief in a way that would prevent new content from being created - like posting an idea, and then demanding exorbitant compensation after it has been used. Remember the SCO vrs Linux suit where SCO wouldn't even admit to what it was they claimed they owned, but still was demanding money from anyone who used linux. (And of course Microsoft was the first to fund, er "settle" with them.)
