I dont think it will appear just because I cant imagine disney doing a shot of someones backside and doing the animation for it. There isnt much of a tail on a chicken anyway so I cant imagine them doing a tail shot. I could be wrong though and I am open to people proving me wrong.

Ah, but it does happen in the Disney's Pinocchio Movie and that episode of Aladdin where some guy turns into a griffin!

And like I mentioned earlier, Demona in Gargoyles. They put her ass right in the center of the shot as she grew a tail. But the point about a chicken not having much of a tail is sort of a valid, there wouldn't be much to see but feathers suddenly shooting out of her backside.

Actually from what I could tell in that preview clip. She keeps her skirt on in chicken form. The tail just sticks out the back.

That's because you imagine Disney as some of homogeneous entity that bends every product to a mysterious, centrally-determined norm. In reality it's a vast corporation with many overseers in many different realms, and the bosses who work on Pixar movies don't also oversee the afternoon cartoons. Whether or not you see good transformation depends more on the whims of the writers, and, more importantly, the storyboard artists. And these are in turn dependent on the BS&P departments of the TV networks, which aren't set in stone.
