Well the title is "Otona no Kusuri" (Adult Medicine) Presented by Agata. I can't see if this a manga from a colletion or magazine, those probably got cleaned off when they put the 'Pinned by sex.com' mark...

That doesn't help a whole lot, but you have the story title and the artist at least.
