The director duo's last film was screened at Tribeca in April 2012 and was released by Tribeca itself in a limited run in January 2013. It received a DVD release by Cinedigm October 2013. Given that this film probably has a few more festivals to hit, we probably won't see any kind of release until after, even if it gets picked up for distribution. Magnolia may want this one, but who knows? It's far too early to tell. My best guess is this will available to everyone by next Halloween.

EDIT: Just realized the male lead in this film was also in Jack and Diane. One thing to note: there is no male TF in the film at all.

GAhhhh Can't wait for this, I've been so disappointed recently that there are so many up in the air indie films with transformation elements, but to hear that one is completely confirmed and extremely good.... I literally don't know if I can wait until it's release. If anyone can dig up a photo of makeup or test material (I've tried with no luck) I would flip.
