Looks like that thread is from 2006 and I don't think any one ever provided an actual link to the full episode and we just got pictures. I do think someone eventually made a clip of the AP, but the entire episode is absolutely hilarious lol.

I remember that when I actually found the OVA at one of the dark corners of internet my internet was super-duper-slow and I had to wait for almost 2hours to see the whole thing and get to the AP (trying to skip to the end would made the both the buffer and the episode restart at 0:00) uuugh

But yeah, hilarious nevertheless
