First, do you have any examples of prior work? It doesn't have to be in any way related to the content of this forum, though a prior film with some kind of special effects would be preferable as it would give some indication of what we may be able to expect from the final product. I really hate to be suspicious, it's just that we've seen a few projects asking for funding come through here and I think literally not a one has panned out.

Second, what platform will you be using to collect funds? Is it one where we'll be refunded if you aren't able to reach your goals, or one where our money is completely committed upon donation?
Ok so lets move past the hostility, this is meant to be a constructive thread to help establish what people would like to see in a sequence.

Firstly, your assuming im directing, im busy with my Urban Horror webseries which is based in my setting which the werewolf fim wil also take place and a star wars fan film im helping produce. Who ever we allocate in the directors role will have the experience relevent to the project and people will be able to see their history via their IMDB links.

Your question about the crowdfunding platforms is a loaded question because if i was to say indiegogo you would complain that you we could take the money and deliver nothing. The answer to the question is we havent decided which platform we are using yet and focusing on anything other than my initial request for what people would like to see in the film isnt being productive.

If my series is pcked up we wont need to crowdfund as like ive said were talking professional film crews and equipment being used not a 2 man team.

I know we have all being disappointed in the past especially where freeborn was involved.

But I am trying to get what we've wanted to see for so long, so rather than attacking the fact im trying to do something, why dont people do some thing to help projects like this getting made.

I'm at the London Film and Comicon this weekend and working on a star wars shoot on Monday, but i'm hoping to get a brief synopsis and maybe an early script draft on here for you guys this week to show the direction were going.

Hostility? There was no hostility in anything I said or any of my questions, and I'm sorry if you've interpreted that way but I feel that my post was fairly reasonable and non-aggressive. I'm not assuming anything here; you stated that you run an indie film studio which is why I was asking to see some prior works. You mentioned crowdfunding as well, which is why I asked what your plans were for that. This was in no way any sort of an "attack" and it concerns me that you'd be so defensive. A few fairly simple questions like this should be easily answered, and instead I'm accused of not being "productive".

You also haven't produced anything in the way of prior work from your studio and your plans for the crowdfunding seem nebulous... I appreciate the thought behind what you're trying to do and if the project seemed solid to me I'd be more than willing to contribute. This is the reason I'm probing a bit further.

Nobody wants to commit funds to a project that might not be completed, that would be wasteful.

The subject has also been brought up that people would like to see other things you've worked on. Telling us that you're working on this or that isn't actually giving anything substantive to those of us who've been burned too many times by others who suggested they were making something similar.

You can't blame anyone for being shy about it after being bitten 5 times already.
I appreciate this, thank you.

Please just don't make it a skin rip deal. That seems to be all the rage these days. It really wouldn't take much to get the community excited IMO, especially with the lack in tv/movie VFX work. It will really come down to the acting though and how well the actress sells the transformation and the pain of transforming.
