I've seen some really nice giantess ship girl art. Though on the anime front you are forgetting the few times we did see the admiral. Not to mention the tones of other official source, but not to leave you complete disheartened here's some pics. There are actually quite a few most are created for obvious fetish reasons, it these are some of my favourites and seem to be liked by the mainstream as well.
