Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Vivid anime (AP TF)

A spin-off of the Nanoha Vivid series called "Vivid Strike" has been

announced to air from the beginning of the upcoming October. It apparently

looks like an original story and doesn't seem like it's going to pick up where the

Nanoha Vivid series left off. Not to mention that the main heroine doesn't seem

to have an older battle form from the released images so far. However it will

at least still feature Vivio, Einhart, and Rio, who were

the three characters that has an older battle forms from the Vivid series, not

just as supporting characters but possibly as actual battle comrades. This

means that they will still feature their AP transformations. I am hoping that

they make a new version for their AP transformations different from the

Vivid series, although I can see them recycling the old ones.

So, the 2nd episode for the "Vivid Strike" that was released this week has revealed new AP transformations for Vivio, Einhart, and Rio. They demonstrate their transformation ability to the main heroine. But, as they are supporting characters in this series, their new transformations seem like not much details have been put into them as they completely skip process in contrast to their original ones from the Nanoha Vivid series.

However, one interesting thing I've noticed from this episode is that the new main heroine also seems to age a bit when she transforms. Her actual transformation sequence wasn't revealed in this episode, but as she attempted it for the first time, she turned out to have grown to the point where her training suit's zipper pops off. She doesn't gain much cleavage unlike Vivio and Einhart and make the change hardly noticeable, but at least it's something. Not to mention that her childhood friend who is now her rival also seems to have an AP transformation in store as well. Here's hoping that the transformation sequence for the main heroine and her rival get more details put into them and actually show some process.
