ahah it's not this at all, in fact, when you take the headring of an angel, she gets explosive diarrhea, and the face gets err, all old ^^

It's neither AP or B.E.
I checked out the anime & I found out that it is really the angel girl had her halo removed from her head. As soon as it's removed, the angel girl looks old & pale because she gets explosive diarrhea when she is not protected in the living world.
As soon as her halo is put back on, she's back to normal. So in conulsion, this is a health loss/restored anime because the angel girls are already 12 years old but did those old people looks because they have to go to the bathroom. |

I think this will prove that this in fact is not a BE. Look at image one. She's got granny flap jacks. Second image has the youthful looking breasts. They do not get bigger, they just get the youthful look.

If you want to get technical, this could qualify as BE. At first the breasts look deflated, then they basically inflate, or expand. But it is defenitely an AR, but that doesn't mean it can't be a BE as well.
