No decision needed to be made to go around the "T" the bold is as far as you got before the blueberry transformation.

You rolled to the spot before you "ran off" and turned right then went right, (map up).

With no decision to be made you followed that path picked-up speed, missed a handhold rolling to the eventual dead end of that corridor and transformed into a man. With no other option, you walked back up the ramp to the hand hold that was missed which presents an option. left or straight?
