Kujaku-Ou is a very long manga. I don't think you can find the complete download. It is about an adventure of priest named kujaku whose expertise is exorcising demons. Many scenes are at hentai rate. There are several tf scene scattered through out the series. Mostly demon tf and very brief.

The images you got is from the saga where kujaku had to battle his own sister. It is a battle between peacock and snake (in eastern, bird and snake are eternal foe). The girl in the image turned into she-snake demon god, not dragoness. You will see the dragon clan about 2-3 volume after this one.

And for the record, there are werewolf clan in the last saga of the series.

An anime version of Kujaku-Ou (AKA Peacock King) was released under the title "Spirit Warrior". I believe it's a 5 OVA set. Unfortunately, I did not find this scene in ANY of the 5 OVAs.
