An awesome idea for a site, but it seems really laggy, search doesnt work right, and I can't seem to view any videos

If you see a vid on Youtube that you like, but aren't certain that it will stay up, I'd suggest simply downloading it at http://youtubex.com. Save it on your comp as .flv file and follow the link on the site to a free converter that will let you make it into a WMV file or whatever you prefer.
