That would be a TV movie from 1994 called "Witch Hunt".
Dennis Hopper was the only giveaway. Basic premise is that it's in a fantasy 1950s world where magic is commonplace and zombies are used as cheap labor. Think Red Scare, but instead of communists, witches are the ones being hunted. But that's just from Wikipedia. I think I'll pass on watching it.

I don't think she's ugly but I don't find her especially attractive before or after. Also I loved the comment in the video about how other trainers have 6 packs and she doesn't. She does look pretty fit, but most trainers I've seen look exceptionally fit or at least buff.
