Females are more likely to survive, but it's not the overwhelming majority. I'd say about 60/40.

I can not get the clothes that are suposed to appear in the arena district ._.
I did everything that I was supposed to, and activated it before the game started.
Is there anything that could be stopping it from working?

Would love to be able to mod but I'm wondering if it matters by which of the editions I get, wanna get Deluxe. By chance someone know?

It usually doesn't matter which version you get, unless one version has in-game content that the other doesn't (like DLC) in which case you just won't be able to use mods that are dependent on that add-on... usually meshes or textures that were created on the add-on or an in-game location found on it.

But these boob mods work for the normal game version.
