I think you are mixing up a few events my friend. Redparrot really hasn't promised anything and has said if and when he has info he will let us know. He hasn't screwed anyone out of money from what I know of.

There was a project from years ago that was a crowdfunded effort that red was not a part of. That was xil productions I believe. They only produced a few of the promised videos and then it fell apart. Correct me if in wrong it's been years.

^ Nah, you got it right. Xil burned everyone, including me, on that deal. Red Parrot had no affiliation with it - he's been taking a damn long time to make anything new, but he told us that would be the case a long time ago...and I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

Meanwhile, I'm still trying to make good on what was promised in that campaign, but Xil disappeared (with the fucking money, because of course), leaving me on the hook to get stuff made out of my own pocket, and I just don't have the kind of extra scratch necessary to get anything done in a timely fashion on it.

Seemed like a few years ago between Shrinking Dreams, Missa, and various other, there were good shrinking clips released fairly regularly. Red Parrot's videos came as the SW clip scene started to dry up. Its a pity he's not been more prolific.

I remember Missa mentioned that SW is such a niche fetish that she couldn't make a profit on SW clips.

These two things are of course very closely related. That's the sad fact - even though we ardently support new, quality content, there just aren't enough of us out there buying to make it as profitable as other things that take less time, work, and cost to create. Even when SW does turn a profit - just, why go to all that trouble when you can turn out a futa or inflation clip in half the time and make twice the money? Nah, this has to be a passion project, and other than RP, there's just nobody out there who possesses both the necessary drive and the capability to make excellent videos.

Maybe finding a trusted third-party with more free time to take it across the finish line may be wiser. At the minimum I would have released the raw footage by now.

Hey, no complaints here.

This seems like a great time to let the rest of the community know just how awesome you are. I never had an obvious place to say it before, but everyone should know that since I started out Missa has helped me several times with advice about being in this business.

There's not a direct benefit to her in doing that. Near as I can tell she just must be an amazing human being.

I know everyone here already thinks that's true due to her videos, but I want it to be known that's it's true behind the scenes as well.

I want to say your are both amazing video producers, and you have my support, being a size fetishist, I've never seen the quality and dedication you both have. Your videos are worth every penny. I read Missa's blog when she first started, and found her to be a wonderful person that you would be so grateful to have as a friend, Marcus is lucky man . As for copyright infringement it is stealing and disrespectful to those who work so hard to get you something no one else can, and is there livelihood, dedicating so much time too.
