Glad you liked the issue! Heh, heh. They always ask for more. The next grOw/cOmic I am still working on the story in my head. It will be a return to my "BE roots". That's all I can say for now on that, as it is so early in development. The next project, however, will be a new grOw/stOry. I have a new writer working on a complete reimagining of an old E.L. Publications story, "Lacula". The stOry will be retitled, "Succubus".

I don't want to seem demanding or pushy at all, as I fully understand that you'd need a break at this stage, but have you had any ideas of what you're doing next, if anything? Personally I love how your growth comics turn out so I'd love another one in that vein, but no doubt I'll be amazed with whatever work it is you produce.

Thanks, Expansionist! I am glad you liked the art. I think this was my best issue yet, as well. The borrowed Cintiq (mentioned above) reallllly came in handy!

I only thought about a "single BA universe" once in passing, when I was discussing Stephen King's stories (which seem to belong to a single, King-Castlerock universe). Beyond that, I have not considered the cOmics to be connected in that manner — but there is plenty of room to make that a possibility.

As for the next idea, check out my response to qzar9999 above. I am also working on the grOw girl images from the Fundraiser. Speaking of which...

I almost forgot to donate to your fundraiser. That would've been a shame.

Edit: i just double-checked the numbers and realized the "new girl" i put my points into already has numbers that heavily favor BE... Any chance i can make an adjustment to my points? Say, like, taking all 64 that i put into Bust and moving them into Height? XD

Well, I've donated, and thought I'd make some comments on the process.

The growth via check point system you've put in place is an interesting choice, but it doesn't seem to interact well with the second donation gal you introduced midway through the process. In essence, rather than a single 10 step progression, it's become essentially two 5 step progressions. The first girl grows until the second is introduced, at which point she remains largely static for the next 5 steps.

Given your works, I'd assume that many of your readers are fans of the "process", as it were. It seems like it might work better to stretch the two girls growth over the entire sequence, rather than fewer large poofy spurts, although this would likely mean completing the donation drive before producing images. My two cents, anyways.

I'll also take the opportunity to comment on the latest volume of Grow. I've read through issue 4 (issue 5 will have to wait a few months as I'm afraid my donation has eaten my budget for such things). I've enjoyed your past work, including the mini-gts content. However, speaking solely for myself, I found the size differential between cast members got a bit much in the later half of the latest volume. Again, I mean only to express my personal opinion; I understand that there are many who greatly enjoyed it (some of whom most likely did so for the very reasons I did not).

Not having read the final issue, I can't say for certain, but comments seem to indicate that the heroine keeps at least a fair portion of her increased size. This seems like a departure from the earlier grow comics, wherein the cast is usually at least somewhere back near where they started (or will be eventually, although they may get up to more growth hijinx in the future). It also seems to represent something of a broken aesop. Earlier in the tale, if I recall correctly, the protagonist essentially comes to the realization that he loves the heroine regardless of her size. It seems strange then that she would be stuck as essentially his fetish (although the story does indicate that she rather enjoys being large in some cases), especially given the logistical problems her scale would impose long term. I'm over thinking things, I know; and as I mentioned before I could simply be way off.

All that being said, I've greatly enjoyed your works, and look forward to your next production, though I may sit out future gts-centric works.

As for the assigning of grOwth points, I added the second grOw girl because of the incredible amount of high-level donations which all receive bonus points because of their generous donations. Where I thought I would hit maybe 300 to 350 inches of total growth, I had surpassed this figure very early in the Fundraiser. (Hell, I ended up with over 872 inches of growth in total!! Yowza!) I know some people lose interest if growth becomes TOO big, so I offered an option of applying it to a new grOw girl. This was only an option, of course, and many people still wanted to add it to the already huge Doreen. Doreen will continue to grow, along side the new girl. The good thing is, while there will be a frame or 2 where all points will be added to the new girl, this was by the donators choice, not mine. This way, everyone got involved!

You should have purchased the newest chapter, and donated later — I would have understood! This way, you could enjoy the series ender. I think I wrapped up your dilemma on the ending (which you haven't seen yet). In fact, it has to do with the title and the relationship the characters have over the course of the series.

I am glad you've enjoyed my work, and appreciate the continued $upport immensely! This was my first GTS-centirc work for grOw. There may be more, but the next project will be BE-focused. Not everything is for everyone, so I understand if you "sit out" on a GTS theme, but you should like be able to enjoy the next project.

So this next one you say is back to BE...is it gonna be BE with some growth/mini GTS, a in the stories about the pool or the dorm, or just straight up BE-only?

My favorite thing you've ever done is still issue 2 of the dorm one with the chick in the green pajamas (Janelle?). Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed everything else I've bought from you since then, but nothing so far has quite surpassed it... ^_^

My thanks for your comments, and my apologies if I came across as implying you were forcing an outcome on anyone. What I was intending to convey was, if you were to do run another donation gal in the future, you might consider waiting until you hit your total and then averaging the growth over the intended sequence. In this case, Doreen would grow something on the order of 2 feet of bust, 1 feet of hips, and a bit more than half a foot of height, every image. The girl, or girls would still get as big as their donors had suggested, and they would spend as much time on the smaller end of the (admittedly very large) scale as they would the larger. It is, of course, entirely your decision to make, I'm just spitballing.

Nah, no apologies necessary. Just explainin'. Yours is a viable way. My original intent was to have the drawings be an incentive. Say $X came in, and I drew 2 images. That would be an incentive for people to say, "Hey! I want to see the next stage(s)" and go further. More would come in, and I would do another image or two. Because of this, the images would have to match the growth at that time. Little did I know that I would hit my end goal before I had a chance to finish the second image! Doh! Two sides of the same coin.
