There is a Firefox Plugin called Adblock that lets you block content by wildcard matches of the URL.

Modifying your hosts file works on any Windows-based machine, even if you're using Firefox. It blocks WINDOWS from accessing that site.

I just want to say, that is by far the best BE comic i've ever seen. I had seen some of Miyuki's comic before, but wow, that second half when she goes all out and rips out of a polo shirt...wow. Four stars.
