She was copying Kotomi Onee-san (Older sister) who lived nearby when Takuya was a child. He also had a crush on her, e.g. "I want to marry Kotomi Onee-san when I grow up!"

In case incest bothers you, just as a reminder, Japanese children tend to refer to other children who are their elders as Onii-san (Older Brother) and Onee-san (Older Sister). So, it doesn't necessarily mean they're biologically related, or in a family unit.

Some people even in the Giantess Communty are into mini-giantess for the "motherly aspect" of the size difference. So its not that strange, but I don't think this is totally the case since they are having sex more or less, so that would be getting into the realm of strange if you think of it in that way also. (i.e. having sex with your mom...

The whole idea is that the android (I think her name is Suri, or more likely just '3', though granted I was only half listening) is enjoying her programming of playing out her Master's sexual fantasies.

So she turns into his cosplay idol, various old-skool anime characters he likes from the 70's and 80's, etc. And then he suggests that he wanted to play out a fantasy in which he gets to fool around with his first crush, as Taruby explained, the older girl who lived near him when he was small. It's funny to note that Suri claims she can't read Takuchi's mind, but her simulacrum's personalities and such seem to reflect what Takuchi thinks and/or remembers of them.

In any case, she copies Kotomi perfectly as she is, but Takuchi complains that the illusion is destroyed because she's way too small. Suri obviously points out that this is because Takuchi has grown up and not vice-versa, but he whines, rather egregiously, that the entire point is the role-play that he's a little kid screwing around with his sweet, big-sis figure, and so he has to be able to 'look way up to her', both figureatively and literally as she did when he was young. To accomplish this, Suri just thinks outside the box.

Personally, as a dyed-in-the-wool mini-GTS fan, it was outstandingly hot and everything we could ever hope for, the generic, undetailed growth notwithstanding. The only sort of sad thing is that there will never again be another, or better, mini-GTS/amazon scene to top this in terms of sexual tomfoolery ever again most likely; this is the apotheosis.

Although, I do have to point out that from a quality/professional standpoint, the main animators and animation chief should be fired. The size consistency throughout the mini-GTS sequence is COMPLETELY fucked. In almost every shot Suri is a totally different size, swinging throughout the sex somewhere between 8-9 feet tall to 15-20 feet tall in just about every other shot. This works out awesome for us viewers, but still makes me laugh. There's also the fact that during the mini-GTS sex, the animators draw Takuchi AS a child, as in, they completely alter his physique and body structure so that he LOOKS like he's 7 or 8, rather than keep him looking as normal like a (moderately geeky and wimpy) older teenager.
