I found the game by searching "ひまわりヶ丘総合病院へようこそ" which is the title in japanese on eMule. I will try downloading it.

Really? I tried that the japanese title several times before...maybe I'm using the wrong server. Which one do you connect to?

I don't think servers depict what you find in eMule. Dunno. I changed servers several times since then.

Here's all of the BE girl in Shinsyoku. There's others, but none with her. Or BE.

NOT included: Most of her "standing" images, for when she's just standing there for in-game dialouge. I included two sets, one nude, one clothes. The others are facial and arm position variations on these. And yes, they are numbered in that order.

I have the same problems with rars, which is why I swtiched to zips, because they work. I eventually found the few images of the game that I had, but none contained any BE. Thanks for posting these images, my search is now over ^^
