Publishers hire hentai artists and pretty much tell them what kind of material they want. But that is not always the publishers. The artists sometimes just draw what they like to see. *shrugs*

The vid is Called Bondage Game and its made by Ail-Soft. I have the full thing on my yahoo group the 4 B's but the thing that allows me to load things on here is being stupid I'll try again later
