Yea man, pick the hiryuu fansubs. They are fully uncen. and have subs. And they don't yell "tits" all the time like subdesu but use "breasts". Which for me is a big plus. I hate that degrading word. Only problem is that it's in 360 so I'm waiting for their 720 version. If you don't care about such things though this is the source for you!

Yea, there's even a side quest where you have to help out some "working girls" because they don't want to get augments to satisy their customers' fantasies. They don't outright say what augments they are but one would assume that a BE augment would be a common request.
