Here's a quickie that I cooked up. (oppai-2)

I like downloaded Oppai Slider 2 the full version but I do not know how to install the game.
This is the name of the file: [051125][ILLUSION](205861) Oppai Slider 2 (1DVD)(iso+mds) Do I have to mount it into a DVD to install it. And how do I do that? |
