Ack. The filesize is too big for a max-sized avatar and I don't even know if the forum allows animated gifs for avatars anyway (I've seen some that are supposed to be animated, but don't move).

So here's what I made.

Also, the most I can come up with is that they're a group of friends who hang out, and the protagonist likes the girl for her small chest, but then she has a growth spurt (can't read japanese, so I'm only guessing) and the guy is startled/scared by her new K-cup breasts that he runs away. The other two friends take away her virginity (supposedly), then the protagonist finally gets the balls to accept the girl and they have sex, but then he finds out afterward (or just the reader) that she hadn't lost her virginity to the two friends earlier. Happy ending.
