There was also a http://anilinkz.com/series/fatezero which I have yet to see myself, but I loved Fate/Stay Night even though I didn't like ending. The movie Unlimited Bladeworks was pretty cool too. Think I read something about Sailormoon being redone or some such in 2013. Other then that the most popular ones are the ongoing ones like Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, so that doesn't really count. Besides alot of requests are the same bloody ones every week in and out and there's like 1 artist that does all those modifications? If that is the case it only makes sense it goes slow like this.
